Custom and personalised orders
We are open to customisation requests, mostly at no extra charge or at a minimum cost, wherever necessary. Pretty much everything we do is customizable as per your vision!

Unless pre-discussed, The Kerry Parker team holds complete rights and ownership both Legal and Financial- In terms of any designs the label makes for its clients under the Custom/ Personalized category. We specifically do not maintain exclusivity. (Please request detailed document)

For Wholesale- Custom/ Personalised pieces, please request our Exclusivity NOC/ provide us with the same at your end. In this case, Legal and financial ownership/ rights must be documented in complete detail in advance.
Sizing details
Wherever size variations are applicable, a sizing chart is displayed as the last image on each listing. We have tried to make it as detailed as possible. However, since no 2 bodies are the same, it is always helpful to know more about our muse! Feel free to start a conversation and tell us more about how you like it/ want it!
Care instructions
At Kerry Parker Atelier we mostly deal with delicate, hand stitched items. Hence, products should be dry cleaned or wiped with a wet cloth (depending on the product/ fabric). Confused? Let's start a conversation!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Trust us when we say this, we do our own little happy dance every time we get an order! So once you purchase something, its only right to assume that we are busy packing and wrapping and writing you sweet notes. Gifting it to someone special? Tell us your personal message and we will scribble it in with all our love!
Wholesale availability
We are open to resellers! Message us a plan and we will get back to you with wholesale rates based on your quantity requirement. More so, we could do a special product designed by you and manufactured by us! Up for a 'KERRY PARKER X YOU' ?
Processing & Shipping Timelines
The time it takes for your order to reach you includes:

‘Processing/Making Time’ :

This is the maximum time it takes for us to make your order. We do not sell mass produced items. Pretty much everything is made to order. Processing time differs based on the category of the item and is mentioned in the description for each listing.

‘Shipping Time’:

We have 3 shipping options available at checkout-
STANDARD postal service: 25-30 Working days
ECONOMY: 5-6 Working days
EXPRESS: 48-72 Working hours

For Rush Orders, kindly contact us in advance so we can have your selections made and shipped out on priority to meet the deadline.

Please note: Whether a package gets delivered on a Saturday/ Sunday depends on the schedule of your local post
We happily accept cancellations provided you’ve requested
- Within 24 hrs of order placement
- Prior to dispatch
(Whichever’s earlier)

Cancellation Charges:
100% of the amount will NOT be refunded. Commissions deducted by Etsy/ paypal/payment gateways are not refundable. The amount we receive is 15- 20% less than what you pay.

Cancellations requested post 1 month of order placement- deduction shall be 30% of order value for holding raw material on limited stock.

For items where we’ve already begun working on your order in Part- Deduction shall be 50% of order value
If cancelled right before dispatch- Deduction will be 70% of Order value.

Refunds are subject to such deductions further adjusted for taxes paid and forex fluctuations.
Returns/ Exchanges/ Replacements & Refunds
Any return/ exchange/ replacement request needs to notified within 3 working days from the date of delivery. We shall then suggest the minimum cost solution in terms of time, money and effort.

Items must be unworn/ unused/ unwashed with all tags and packaging intact to be safely shipped back.

Refunds shall be released within 24-48 hrs of receiving items back at our Warehouse.

Only the product cost excluding commissions deducted by etsy & paypal will be refunded. This is the actual amount that we receive in our account for the sale.
Shipping costs are not refundable as they directly go to our courier partners.
Indemnity, Liability & Responsibility
As an owner of this business, it’s our moral and ethical Responsibility to serve our customers to the best of their expectations. This shall reflect in the quality of our products, services as well as our pre and after sales service.

That said, there our certain things that are ENTIRELY outside of our purview and Control.

- Custom delays
- Loss in transit due to the courier company/ Local postal service at Destination
- Items stolen/ lost after a successful delivery backed by POD from couriers
- Packages returned/ cancelled due to incorrect address.
- Packages destroyed due to unpaid/ overdue duties.

In situations similar to/ but not limited to the ones above, Kerry Parker and its employees hold no Liability to indemnify the customer
