When will my Order arrive?

All our pieces are “Made to Order” as well as “Made to Measure”. Our ‘time to make’ may range between 2-6 weeks, depending on the Individual Processing timelines mentioned for each product. Please check these timelines carefully before ordering.
If your order is time critical, we offer a "rush" priority making service on request - alongside Faster shipping options available at checkout!

Can I return/exchange?

Yes -items returned with all tags intact and in a saleable condition will be eligible for a refund, Gift Card or store credit. Kindly refer to our Return Policy for more details!


Will they fit?

Absolutely, there is a reason we specifically make to measure! That said, please do take care when providing accurate sizing information/ measurements. For guidance on this, please refer to our measuring guide or Book an Appointment with our Virtual Experts !

Can I order a selection of items and send some back?

Unfortunately, we do not have a change of mind Return Policy. Given the “ Made to Order” & “ Made to Measure” nature of a majority of our products - your ordered items will be made according to your body specifics.
That said, we do accept returns in case of making/ human defects and would be more than happy to offer a replacement in case of the slightest error at our end.

If you are unsure which products to order or want further help with glove sizing, please book a video stylist appointment, where we can show you different styles and colours and help you narrow down your choice! Fabric/ embellishment/ embroidery swatches can also be ordered, with shipping charges reimbursable as store credit!


How do I look after my Handmade/ couture pieces ?

At Kerry Parker, we mostly deal with delicate, hand stitched items that are nothing short of pieces of Art. And Art must be preserved!
We always add “Care suggestions” with your orders that tell you exactly how to ensure the longevity of your chosen, beloved pieces. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions!


Do you do Wholesale?

If you wish to become a Stockist/ a retail partner please submit your enquiry here.
For more specific wholesale, Yes, we do offer bulk options for all our products / products designed by you. This means you can give us the exact standard for measurements that we must maintain across an assortment of pre- decided sizes.
We also offer Custom/ Personalised pieces to be made under an Exclusivity NOC for designs. In this case, Legal and financial ownership/ rights must be documented in complete detail in advance.


Do you offer Custom/ Personalisation options?

Pretty much everything we do is customizable as per your vision! We are open to customisation requests on existing styles as well as something entirely unique to YOU!
As for price points - we already have Custom upgrade options on some of our work. For nouvelle creations - we shall work within mutually pre-decided budgets, of course , depending entirely on the Project specifics!

Can I have a personal message included? Do you Gift wrap?

Buying for someone special? Tell us your personal message and we will scribble it in with all our love!! We have LOTS of options available to make the package an unboxing marvel!

Do you offer matching services for your Bridal pieces?

Yes, we do! We strongly recommend that you book a video stylist consultation. Just like our work, each appointment will be specifically engineered to your requirements. Plus, it’s Complementary so- no charge, no pressure!

Our material swatches are also available to purchase for all our Gloves/ veils and even Clothing on request. We only charge for shipping the swatches but this charge is instantly reimbursed to you as store credit, which can be used against your eventual purchase!


Can I wear my engagement/wedding ring over my Kerry Parker gloves?

Gloves made from Tulle or Silk can be fine enough for rings to slip over. In case of embellished pieces- we usually do not embellish the ring fingers!


Where is my order made ? Where do you ship from?

Our Collections are Co- designed by our teams in England & Australia. Our primary Ateliers are situated in the exotic, Vibrant streets of Mumbai, India! All out pieces ship from our dispatch unit / warehouse in Delhi, India.!


Do you have a Physical Boutique ?

This is one of the most frequently asked -and well- our Favourite question, in all honesty!
A Conventional Boutique is definitely on the cards and we can’t wait to divulge more on this very soon! Meanwhile, do keep a tab on our socials for whenever we host our next Pop-up in your City!
