Cancellation Policy

Raising a Request:

We happily accept cancellations provided you've requested them prior to dispatch. Items that have already been shipped- can’t be cancelled.

Cancellation Charges:

Given the nature of our products, we do not offer free cancellations. Charges are NOT deductible if converted to Store Credits/ Gift cards.

If cancelled within 15 days of placing your order- A standard Cancellation charge of 15-20% is levied to provide for commissions deducted by payment gateways/ paypal/ hosting platforms etcetera.
Cancellations requested post 15 days of order placement- deduction shall be 30% of Order value for holding raw material on limited stock.
For items where we've already commenced working on your order in Part- 50% of order value shall be refundable.
Cancellation requested right before dispatch- Deduction will be 70% of Order value.

Refunds are subject to such deductions further adjusted for taxes paid and forex fluctuations.

Order value minus Cancellation charges shall be refunded to your source account within 24-48 hrs of acceptance of the Cancellation request.

Instant store credit

If you’d like to switch the ordered items for any of our other pieces, choose instant store credit. This will be added to your account as soon as the Cancellation is processed and can be used to order any other items from our store. Store credits are free from cancellation charge deductions! The entire order value can be availed under this option.
