Raising a Request:
To raise a Return/ Replacement request -
Please notify us within : 3 working days from the date of delivery.
Please ship items back within : 7 days of the Request being accepted!

On assessing your query, we shall then suggest the minimum cost solution in terms of time, money and effort.

Refunds shall be released to your source account within 24-48 hrs of receiving returned items back at our Warehouse.
Please note: Items must qualify our quality checks and should be in resalable condition.
Product Costs minus Shipping/ taxes paid are refundable.

- Items must be unworn/ unused/ unwashed with all tags and supplementary packaging intact to be safely shipped back to us.
- Items that are made to measure do not qualify for Returns, but can be Replaced in case of Making defects.
