Return/Exchange Policy


RETURN POLICY

Kerry Parker does not deal in mass produced items. Each item is manufactured and fabricated by hand. Hence, in the unlikely event of a defect / damage due to shipping we have an easy return policy.

In case of defective / damaged items, the customer is required to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may insist you to mail us a picture of the same to expedite resolution. Once we have registered a return request, kindly ship the product back to our central Delhi warehouse within 10 days of delivery: WH-118 Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase 1, Delhi- 110064, India.

The customer will be reimbursed for their shipping expenses via a coupon code specially generated for them.

Terms & Conditions:

  • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene purposes, with original packaging and tags in place.
  • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in that case.
  • Wherein the product is customized according to the needs of the customer, it is not eligible for exchange / return unless received in a damaged condition.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Wherein the customer faces an issue with the sizing of the product, he / she is required to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
